While the Greenhouse itself is gorgeous, it is a blank canvas and ready for you to put your own stamp on it!

Get Ready Suites
Our two getting ready areas offer a comfortable and private space for you to prepare before the ceremony and relax afterwards. Equipped with all the essentials, they are perfect for pre-wedding preparations or a peaceful retreat during the event. Both of these spaces have heat and A/C. Our bridal suite has a full bathroom attached, sink and mini fridge, salon chairs, large vanity, and lots of natural light.

Parking is easy and convenient for you and your guests, with spaces right at the venue. We have everything you need for your gathering, including 2 guest bathrooms, tables, benches, chairs, and a catering prep area including a sink, freezer, and full sized fridge.
Unique Features
Enhance your wedding day with unique elements like our vintage 1964 double-decker bus, great for unforgettable photos. Practical amenities, such as an ice machine and flexible vendor access, are available to ensure every aspect of your event unfolds smoothly.
Pricing & Packages
$10,000 (all taxes and fees included) with full access to The Greenhouse, bathrooms, getting ready areas, outdoor courtyard area, lawn space, The Bus, and use of tables and chairs and/or benches. A non-refundable deposit of 50% and a signed contract is needed to secure your date. The remaining 50% is due 30 days before your event.
We will only hold one event per weekend, which means you don’t have to be rushed on your big day. You and your vendors can start set up and hold rehearsal dinner the day before, come early the day of and have a moment of peace before everyone else arrives, and cleanup the day after. Yes, three day access! For smaller more intimate gatherings during the week or non peak dates, our rates will be dependent on the nature of the party and the date requested.

We offer recommendations and support to help make your event planning smooth and successful, from photography to planning, and catering to florists.
